This Mickey Mouse wristwatch by Seiko is a very neat watch because it combines the loveable Mickey Mouse character with the robust look of a military-style dive watch. We approximate this wristwatch to be from the 1970s.
 
The manual Swiss movement is caliber UT 29C and features 17 jewels and a date indicator.  The UT (Universal Time) movement was established by Seiko to produce a more accessible line of watches.

The case and dial of this Mickey Mouse military style dive watch are in great condition- showing very minor wear! Mickey Mouse is wearing his iconic red shorts and yellow shoes, and his gloves are red. His hands are the hour and minute hands, and there is a sweep second. The Arabic numerals and minute track are black, all against a crisp white background.  The dial is signed Mickey Mouse, 17 Jewels, and Walt Disney Productions, all in black. The bidirectional-rotating bezel is black with silver Arabic numerals and minute track. The bezel and date indicator are base metal, while the case is stainless steel.
 
This watch comes on a new olive green NATO one-piece strap with silver buckle.

This vintage wristwatch runs great, keeping excellent time.

We prefer to shoot photographs outside when weather is permitting. However, when we shoot indoors, please be aware that we shoot our photographs inside of lightboxes that are lit with 360 LED bulbs. This indeed magnifies any flaws. Usually, they are much less obvious to the naked eye. Having said that, we never photoshop any of our photography, remove blemishes, etc. We adjust lighting when necessary, but what you see is what you are getting, and we take pride in that.
